Why 10% on the 5th visit and 50% on the 10th, instead of one bigger reward at the end?
 A single reward too far in the future can lose its pull — most clients won't remember or care about a reward that's 10 visits away. The 10% at visit five gives an earlier, tangible reason to keep returning, while the 50% at visit ten becomes the bigger payoff that rewards long-term loyalty.

Does the 50% discount apply to any service, or just a haircut?
That's entirely up to you to decide and communicate to your clients — the template doesn't hard-code a specific service. Many barbers apply it to the client's regular service (so a beard trim client gets 50% off a beard trim, not a full package), which keeps the cost predictable.

How do I track which visit a client is on if I don't want to physically stamp or mark the card?
 The circle-grid on the card is designed to be marked by hand at each visit — a pen tick, a stamp, or a sticker all work. If you'd rather track digitally, you can still hand out the physical card as a loyalty reminder while logging visits in your booking software.

Can I change the discount percentages or visit numbers to something else, like 15% and 30%?

 Is this card meant for one barber or can a whole shop use the same design for every barber?
