TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of groomkit.pro (the “Site”) and the digital products sold through it (the “Products”). The Site is operated by:

By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Products on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Products

All Products sold on groomkit.pro are digital goods — including but not limited to Canva templates, PDF guides, Excel calculators, and client communication scripts — delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Product via an instant download link and/or an email containing the relevant file or template access link.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1. Prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout in accordance with EU VAT OSS regulations where applicable.

4.2. Payment is processed via Stripe and/or PayPal. GroomKit Pro does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

4.3. An order is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

5. Digital Delivery

5.1. Products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation via a download link displayed on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate and able to receive our communications. Check spam or promotions folders if a delivery email is not received.

5.3. Download links may be time-limited or subject to a maximum number of downloads, as specified on the individual product page.

6. License and Intellectual Property

6.1. Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business purposes, as further described in the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), available at groomkit.pro/end-user-licence-agreement-eula.

6.2. All Products, including their underlying design, text, and structure, remain the intellectual property of Barbershop InGlobal Group Sp. z o.o. Purchasing a Product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design work to you.

6.3. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of Products, in original or modified form, is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the EULA.

7. Refunds

Due to the instant and digital nature of the Products, all sales are final. Full details, including the limited exception for technically defective files, are set out in our No-Refund Policy at groomkit.pro/refund-policy/.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site’s systems or another user’s account;
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute Products beyond the scope of the license granted in Section 6;
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the Site without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we take care to describe each Product accurately and provide a preview or description on every product page, we do not guarantee that a Product will meet your specific business requirements, generate any particular business outcome, or be free of minor errors. Compatibility with third-party software (such as Canva) is accurate as of the Product’s publication date and may be affected by future changes to that software outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Barbershop InGlobal Group Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Barbershop InGlobal Group Sp. z o.o. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of a Product, including any claims arising from your use of a Product’s content (e.g., legal document templates) in your own business without independent professional review where such review is recommended.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site or by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
